The North Thompson Communities Foundation Annual General Meeting will take place Monday, June 7th at 7pm at the Elks Hall, 57 W Old North Thompson Highway, Clearwater, BC. This is an outside meeting and there will be Covid safe protocol.

Dustin Deuling is a third-generation resident of Blue River, happily married and a father of two amazing children. He is a very active member in his community, serving as the Chairman of the Blue River Improvement District, a member of the Blue River Volunteer Fire Department, a Director for the Blue River Community Association, a Director for the Blue River Powder Packers Society, a member of the Blue River Elementary School PAC, a co-owner of Suite Blue River Accommodation Ltd, and a newly appointed Director to the North Thompson Communities Foundation. He looks forward to the new and exciting opportunities that his new role will bring to the valley and its residents.![]()

To help further the remarkable impact Shelley has, we are donating $100 to any charity of her choice. She chose to donate to the North Thompson Communities Foundation (NTCF) and mentions “They do so many great things in the North Thompson and were a lifeline to the Clearwater Ski Hill last year during the pandemic. The NTCF sees local need and responds. They support youth, local growth and projects that enhance the North Thompson. A very worthy group to sit in the spotlight!” ![]()

Beginning today the North Thompson Communities Foundation will be accepting applications for funding proposals within the area from Blue River to McLure. Organizations should have a Federal Charitable number or be sponsored by another group that has one. Deadline for applications is April 15th 2022.![]()
